A medium-sized, multipurpose shredder designed to process a wide range of materials, including bulky and oversized items. Engineered for integration into continuous processing lines, it delivers reliable performance for high-throughput operations.

This versatile machine is ideal for shredding large wood pieces and pallets, rags and textiles, plastics, leather, tyres, paper and cardboard, packaging materials, polyethylene banding, plastic film, PET and HDPE bottles, and various containers. It also handles paper documents, plastic scrap, upholstery, automotive bumpers, small trunks, tarpaulins, and more.

Built for flexibility and durability, the system supports efficient volume reduction and material preparation for recycling or further processing.

Characteristics of shredder

Very thick welded sheet steel support;
Support for barrel roller bearings with sealing system against dust and liquids;
Anti-wear interchangeable side plates with separating interspace of the cutting chamber from bearing-holder flanges;
High thickness shafts with 42 special anti-wear steel cutters and 21 conveyor disks to facilitate gripping of bulky objects;
Graduated arrangement of cutter teeth for better taking and cut progress;
No.2 epicyclical reduction gears with rotation axes parallel to the cutter axis;

Drive system in oil bath with steel gears and pinions;
