Urea Suction Device

According to the European ELV-Directive, all liquids must be removed from the vehicle during the recycling process.

In collaboration with automobile manufacturers SEDA has recognized this problem and developed a simple extraction system for urea. As a mobile suction unit MAXI or MINI, it is easy to transport to the vehicle. With an electric, specially for AdBlue® designed diaphragm pump (therefore to be performed before drainage!) suction is done with a tube through the tank inlet.

In addition, it is possible to drain and collect the urea via a funnel below the vehicle. Using a suitable AdBlue® filling nozzle the urea can be pumped into a disposal container. Also an innovation is the mobile Extension set that at all systems can be mounted.
