The Screenpod TS620 is a high-capacity trommel screen built for demanding material streams in recycling, scrap, and waste processing. Designed for durability and consistent throughput, it handles tough applications with ease while keeping operating costs low.

At the core is a 5.5 m long x 2.0 m diameter screening drum with an adjustable angle from 0 to 6 degrees and optimized drum speed for efficient material separation. The forward and reverse 4 wheel drive drum system and variable speed conveyors give operators full control to match different material types and site conditions.

The TS620 is quick to deploy and can be ready to run in approximately 20 minutes. It is designed for minimal downtime with a fast drum release and replace system. A load sensing drum system helps maintain performance under varying loads and improves screening efficiency across applications.

The machine is powered by fuel efficient diesel engine options including Tier 3, Tier 4F, and Stage 5 depending on region, balancing performance with emissions compliance.
