The rotating brush and paddle conveyor efficiently remove lighter materials, while a wide, folding conveyor carries heavier material out with ease.

Equipped with dual heavy-duty augers, the Hydra TFS 1400 excels at removing sediment and fines, complemented by a rotary brush that keeps the heavies’ conveyor clean. Water jets enhance material separation and prevent sediment buildup, and the side-mounted sediment tank, complete with removable filter elements, allows for easy cleaning.

For operational efficiency, the system includes a float valve on the inlet water supply to maintain tank levels, a wide hopper lined with wear plates for durability, and an electrical control panel with a clear layout for straightforward operation. The machine is designed with service access in mind, featuring walkways with ladders, removable doors on the main tank, and water hoses fitted with quick couplers for easy removal and maintenance.

The Hydra TFS 1400 also boasts a 40KVA generator, an onboard hydraulic power pack, and heavy-duty tracks for excellent mobility, making it a robust and reliable solution for material processing needs.
