We are seeking a Equipment Sales Executive to drive sales of our line of equipment to scrap metal processors, auto recyclers, and industrial recycling facilities. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for equipment and a strong understanding of the recycling industry. The successful candidate will combine relationship-building skills with technical know-how to deliver tailored equipment solutions that meet the operational needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop New Business – Identify, qualify, and secure sales opportunities across the scrap metal and recycling industry.
- Build Strong Relationships – Maintain long-term partnerships with decision makers, operators, and owners in the sector.
- Solution-Based Selling – Conduct site visits, assess processes, and recommend the right ELV Select Equipment solutions.
- Manage the Sales Cycle – Prepare proposals, present solutions, and negotiate agreement to close deals.
- Industry Expertise – Stay current on marketing trends, competitor offerings, and evolving scrap processing technology.
- Product Demonstrations – Coordinate and lead equipment demonstrations on-site or at trade shows.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with service operations, and OEM partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & CRM – Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Successful track record in equipment sales, preferably in scrap metal, recycling, or heavy equipment industries.
- Knowledge of shredders, balers, shears, separation technology, material handlers, or related machinery is a strong asset.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex equipment in practical terms.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
- Self-starter with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in industrial and scrap yard environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
