HYDRA TFS1400

The Hydra TFS1400 is a mobile flotation separator built for efficient on-site sorting of light and heavy materials using water-density separation. Its tracked chassis provides excellent mobility across sites, handling materials from 10 mm to 150 mm with high throughput and minimal manual labour. Heavy and light fractions are separated via dedicated conveyors; heavies sink to a submerged belt, while lights are removed by a surface brush/paddle conveyor. Dual augers and water jets optimize material separation, while a float valve maintains consistent operation. Additional features include a heavy-duty feed chute, multiple access points, walkways, ladder access, and a clear control panel. With dimensions of 8.38 m × 3.25 m × 3.84 m, a weight of 16,700 kg, and diesel-hydraulic or electric drive options, the Hydra TFS1400 delivers faster, more consistent separation, cleaner outputs, reduced labor, and improved material recovery.
