We have been pretty M.I.A. when it comes to being present online lately. We are here now! We have been busy working on the Shear Baler, but alongside this labour intensive project, we had found ourselves in a frenzy with a number of tight deadlines. It was all hands on deck to conquer the next few weeks to where we are now. While the shear baler rebuild project continued outside ( with the warm weather still sticking around), the manufacturing of another ES2 commenced inside. This ES2 would be the very first to be shipped out to a trade show and demoed live on-site, right in the parking lot of the West Edmonton Mall at the AARDA Convention!
As for the Shear Baler Rebuild, a lot of ground has been covered (quite literally):
The painting of the Baling Box and Shear Head are near complete. We brought out the cranes once again, to set the shear head right side up after the repairs we did. The parking lot at ELV Select has been full for months, due to a plethora of bits and pieces of the shear baler that needed to be cleaned, fixed up and painted to look good as new. Now we can say that all of those pieces are really coming together and looking like the machine it was meant to be.
