Description

Shear Baler Mobile CORSAIR ACM series are fully mobile shear balers designed to be permanently attached to a trailer unit giving the user complete flexibility and the opportunity to be used at multiple yards or rented out to third parties. The CORSAIR shear balers are comprised of a “single piece” self-supporting frame with the main compression cylinder, diesel engine and all electric and hydraulic components located at the rear of the frame behind the squeezebox. As with TAURUS BLULINE stationary shear balers, CORSAIR ACM shear balers include original TAURUS BLULINE twin “swinging wings system” with over stroke on both wings (patent pending). The over stroke function increases the density of the scrap while significantly minimizing frictional wear within the squeeze box. The squeeze box liners as well as the internal and external surface of both wings incorporate highly wear resistant Hardox steel. Shear Baler CORSAIR mobile are equipped with 2 lifting jacks at the rear of the shear that provide extra stability during use. CORSAIR ACM shear baler can be used on any flat surface, are easy to set up and operate. As well as the traditional shearing function, CORSAIR ACM shear balers can also produce bales with an automatic bale ejection function.
