BowStage 1. A pre-compression clamp located at the entrance and next to the shear blade creates downward pressure to compress the material from the above. Stage 2. TRH.J series shears are also equipped with two side compression flaps (4). Hinged on the outside front of the shear. These side compression flaps compress the material horizontally while also feeding it towards the cutting shear (2). Stage 3. A second horizontal clamp further compresses the material to increase the density before cutting (3). Loading. The scrap is loaded in to the feeding hopper from above while gravity slides the scrap towards shear head. The angle of the floor is variable and can be manually adjusted by the operator. The side compression flaps´s and the horizontal clamp further reduced the scrap volume while gravity and the “thrust” of the inclined swinging level, push the material toward the blades of the shear. The cutting length of the material is variable and can be pre-set by the operator. The incline shear compresses and cuts scrap in a continuous and autonomous manner, the operator is therefore free to concentrate on loading the feeding box. TRH.J series shears are built extra solid at critical wear and stress points. They are economical to run, space-saving and can be loaded from both sides by a single operator.
The TRH.J series of shears are fitted with 4 lifting jacks to facilitate the quick loading and unloading on a trailer, the maximum lifting height is 1100 mm. The machine is easy to install and reposition, it has been adapted for users which need to move their machine frequently or it can be rented to third parties.


The Inclined Transportable Shear TRH.J  series are open boxed, continuous feeding inclined shears with 4 integrated hydraulic lifting jacks and a powerful diesel motor. Designed as a semi mobile solution for shearing large quantities of mixed, high density scrap, bulky, over dimensioned and demolition scrap, loose and / or in bundles. The purpose of inclined shears is to reduce the scrap size while increasing its density. Increasing the density of the scrap optimizes storage space, reduces transportation costs and provides a homogeneously sized “raw material” for metal furnaces. The shear is equipped with hydraulic cylinders to provide three stages of compression. These three stages are necessary to reduce the dimensions of the scrap to a size suitable for it to pass under the shear blade.
